**Blueberry Soul Ambassador Programme Terms and Conditions**
1. **Eligibility:**
1.1 Applicants must be 18 years or older to participate.
1.2 Applicants must have an active and engaged social media presence on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, or YouTube.
1.3 Applicants must be passionate about jewellery (beauty & fashion a bonus).
2. **Application Process:**
2.1 To apply, interested individuals must complete and submit the Ambassador Program application form available below..
2.2 Applications will be reviewed by our team, and successful applicants will be notified via email.
3. **Ambassador Responsibilities:**
3.1 Ambassadors are required to create high-quality content showcasing our jewelry products on their social media platforms.
3.2 Ambassadors must tag our official social media accounts and use designated hashtags in all posts featuring our products.
3.3 Ambassadors are encouraged to actively engage with their followers and respond to inquiries about our products.
3.4 Ambassadors must not engage in any activity that may harm the reputation of our brand.
4. **Benefits:**
4.1 Ambassadors will receive a unique discount code to share with their followers, entitling them to a discount on our products.
4.2 Ambassadors may receive complimentary products or exclusive discounts on future purchases.
4.3 Ambassadors will receive free pieces while actively woking with Blueberry Soul.
4.4 Ambassadors will engage in photoshoots regularly with Rara Photography for content to be used for Blueberry Soul and the Ambassadors Social Media platforms.
5. **Term and Termination:**
5.1 The Ambassador Program term is 1-6 months, renewable upon mutual agreement.
5.2 Either party may terminate the agreement at any time via email.
5.3 Upon termination, ambassadors must cease using any promotional materials provided by the company and return any gifted products.
6. **Confidentiality:**
6.1 Ambassadors must keep all confidential information received during their participation in the program confidential.
6.2 Confidential information includes but is not limited to product details, pricing, marketing strategies, and customer information.
7. **Intellectual Property:**
7.1 Ambassadors grant the company permission to use any content created as part of the Ambassador Program for promotional purposes.
7.2 The company retains all rights to its trademarks, logos, and other intellectual property.
8. **Modification of Terms:**
8.1 The company, Blueberry Soul, reserves the right to modify or update these terms and conditions at any time.
