Dispatch Times

Orders placed before 1pm, Monday to Friday, are dispatched the same working day. Orders placed after 1pm will be dispatched the next working day.

You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery Options

Ireland

Standard Delivery (Untracked): €2.50 – Estimated delivery within 2–4 working days.
Registered Delivery (Tracked): €10 – Estimated delivery within 1–3 working days.

United Kingdom

Standard Delivery (Untracked): €6 – Estimated delivery within 3–5working days.
Tracked Delivery: €10 – Estimated delivery within 3–5 working days.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination and delivery provider.

Free Shipping

We offer free standard delivery on all domestic orders over €60.

Delivery Delays

Please note that delays can occasionally occur, particularly during peak periods such as Black Friday, Christmas, promotional events and public holidays.

Once your order has been dispatched and handed over to the delivery provider, delivery is outside our direct control. While we will always do our best to assist with any delivery queries, estimated delivery times cannot be guaranteed.

International Orders

For international orders, any customs duties, taxes or import charges imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the recipient. These charges are determined by the relevant authorities and are outside our control.

International delivery charges and available shipping options will be calculated at checkout.

Returns & Exchanges
